Meaningful Music and Satisfying Sounds for Video Games

"Part of building a game is crafting the entire experience. Audio is crucial, so it was important for us to have custom music and sounds for House Rush. Collin produced extremely high-quality work, had a very fast turnaround, was prompt to respond to feedback, and is very easy to get along with. Hiring him is a no-brainer!"

Info

Collin Anderson

Owner, Audio Director

I'm a sound designer, technical audio designer, and composer for video games. I created Doodle Wave Audio in 2024 to serve as an audio outsourcing company for indie games, serving all their audio needs. Whether it’s crafting satisfying sounds, implementing immersive ambiences, or creating meaningful music, I love shaping the audio that makes games feel alive. I’m especially drawn to games that are weird, wholesome, stylized, unique, or just plain fun—and I enjoy the variety of working across different genres and aspects of audio development.

In addition to my contract work, I'm making a cozy music gardening game with my partner called Flora Nova. I'm developing a handmade procedurally generated soundtrack using Unreal Engine 5 as well as doing game design and sound design.

At the Berklee College of Music, I studied vibraphone and jazz composition until I was completely captivated by their program for interactive audio for games. Along the way, I also became a piano technician, a craft I’ve been practicing since 2017.
